Lawrence Barnett Associates, established in 1992, is a leading independent Search & Selection Consultancy. We have three core operating areas: Mid-Market Private Equity, Mid-Market Plcs including AIM-listed companies and Dynamic Commercial / Industrial Organisations.

We specialise in the recruitment of Executive & Non-Executive Board Members, as well as Turnaround Professionals and Senior Interim Executives.

This is managed in-house by members of our Executive Team, who each have specific responsibility for one of our core operating areas and are supported by our Research and Marketing Department.

Geographically, we recruit key executives for clients, across a broad range of sectors, throughout the UK and Internationally.
